Creator programme terms

These terms govern the Triplenso creator referral programme. They apply from the moment you enrol.

Joining the programme

Any Triplenso account holder can enrol. Enrolment is automatic — there is no review queue and no approval to wait for. One person may hold one creator account; running several in order to route referrals between them is treated as abuse. When you enrol, the version of these terms you accepted is recorded against your account, and that recorded version is what governs your participation.

What earns commission

Commission is earned on subscription payments made by accounts that signed up through your referral link, and on nothing else.

  • Subscription payments earn commission at the commission rate.
  • Credit top-ups and one-off credit packs do not earn commission, at any amount.
  • A free account earns nothing until it starts paying for a plan.
  • A payment that is later refunded stops counting — see the refunds clause below.

How long commission runs

Commission accrues for the commission period, counted from your referral's first subscription payment — not from the day they clicked your link, and not from the day they created their account. Payments made after that period ends do not earn commission. The rate and period in force when a referral starts earning are recorded against that referral: if the programme changes later, referrals already earning keep the terms they started on.

Attribution

A referral is bound to you when the referred person creates their account, on a last-click basis: if they clicked more than one creator's link, the most recent one before signup wins. The click window is the time they have between clicking your link and signing up. Once they have signed up through your link the attribution is permanent — there is no limit on how long they then take to subscribe.

The refund hold

Every commission is held as pending for the refund hold before it becomes available to withdraw. The hold covers the window in which the underlying subscription payment could still be refunded or charged back. A pending commission is real and is shown in your balance — it simply isn't transferable yet.

Refunds and chargebacks

If a subscription payment you were paid commission on is refunded or charged back, the commission on that payment is reversed. A reversal against a commission that has not yet been paid out simply removes it. A reversal against one that has already been transferred to you produces a negative carried balance, which is paid down by your future commission rather than invoiced back to you.

Self-referral and abuse

You may not refer yourself or accounts you control. Attempts to do so are detected at signup and refused, and are shown on your dashboard as blocked attempts so you are never left guessing why a signup did not register. We may withhold commission, suspend a creator account or end participation where we find self-referral, incentivised or paid-for traffic, bidding on Triplenso brand terms in paid search, or any other attempt to manufacture referrals that were not genuine recommendations.

Payouts

Payouts are made by bank transfer only. You can request one from your partner dashboard once your available balance — commission that is past the refund hold — is at or above the payout minimum. A request is always for the full available balance; you do not choose an amount. Only one request can be open at a time, and you can cancel your own request up until it is approved.

  • You supply your own bank details and are responsible for their accuracy. A transfer that bounces because the details were wrong is returned to your balance and has to be requested again.
  • Your bank details are stored encrypted and are shown back to you only as the last few digits of the account.
  • Triplenso pays the transfer fee on its side; it is not deducted from your payout. Charges applied by your own bank or an intermediary bank are yours.

Tax

You take part in this programme as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship with Triplenso. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on what you earn, in whichever jurisdiction you are resident in. Triplenso may require tax documentation from you before releasing a payout, and may hold a payout until that documentation has been provided.

Changes to the programme

We may change these terms, the commission rate, the commission period, the refund hold or the payout minimum. Changes apply going forward from the date they take effect. They do not reprice commission that has already accrued, and they do not shorten or extend a referral that is already earning. Where a change is material the terms version is bumped, and the version recorded against your account remains the one that governed your participation up to that point.

Ending participation

You can stop taking part at any time by no longer sharing your link; contact us if you want your creator account closed. We may suspend or end your participation for breach of these terms, for abuse, or if we discontinue the programme. Commission already earned and past the refund hold remains payable, subject to the payout minimum and to the bank and tax requirements above. Commission tied to referrals found to be fraudulent does not.
